Emma & Barton - Les Camps Church & The Peninsula Hotel

Well, what a year it has been! Understandably not many weddings to write about! So it is great to be able to feature Emma & Barton’s fantastic wedding at Les Camps Methodist Church and The Peninsula Hotel.

A late change of plan saw Emma getting ready at her mum’s house, at least nearer my end of the island.

Emma looked stunning in her dress and she had even designed her own jewellery!

The sky was a beautiful blue outside Les Camps. Barton was in good spirits as everyone gathered for the wedding.

Patrick, Emma’s cousin, walked her up the aisle.

Rev. Stephen Dallin conducted a wonderful ceremony. Music played a big part of the wedding in the church that is an important part of the couple’s lives.

We stopped off for some pictures at Rousse on the way to the reception. Sunny with a beautiful blue sky, however the wind was blowing strongly.

Due to the wind, we decided to do the family group shots inside.

Some lovely evening light enabled us to grab some beautiful pictures before the cake cutting and first dance.

A select audience and a top class pianist, I felt lucky to be there.

City Limits performed to their usual high standards and got everyone dancing.

Congratulations Emma & Barton, hope the storm hasn’t disrupted your honeymoon travel to Sark and Alderney too much.
