Chloe & Ryan - St. Tugual's Chapel and The White House in Herm

Following the stormy weather that October has seen, I bet quite a few people were nervously watching the forecast leading up to this wedding, I was one of them!

However on the day there were few worries, the day was largely dry until an afternoon shower.

We met and had a lovely chat with the Rev. Peter Graysmith on the Trident going over to Herm. It was also a chance to meet Daniel and Jacques the musicians for the day, easy to spot with their equipment!

On arrival we dropped off some equipment at the marquee and made our way to the Chapel.

St. Tugal’s Chapel is such a sweet place to get married in, compact but quite unique.

Ryan soon turned up with his brother and best man, Kieran.

Chloe was given away by her mum.

I had to be quick to take this detail as the light from a stained glass window illuminated the couple’s hands and Chloe’s dress.

Due to the wind, we decided to go to a sheltered location for pictures after the ceremony…

The marquee was decorated with some lovely details.

The clouds rolled in later in the day, but this also gave us some spectacular light for some evening pictures. Thank you to Kieran for his assistance with the lighting in the strong wind!
