Jess & James - St. Saviours Church & Le Hechet Farm

Well, just where to start with this amazing wedding!

This year we have covered weddings from just 4 people to 400 people with this last of the year. Technically extremely challenging, as the church service didn’t start until well after dark, milking the cows has to come first of course! But where there are challenges there are also opportunities, so we have some very different pictures.

The barn for the reception showed the huge amount of work the family had put in, it certainly didn’t look like this the afternoon before when I popped in.

With the church just around the corner this was a great way to get the bridesmaids to the church!

Julian, Jess’ dad, brought her to the church in a tractor, not quite sure how he got it through the gates…

Even though the weather was very mild, with that many people in the church we certainly had some condensation problems on the lenses, needing frantic wiping as the bridesmaids then bride and dad walked up the aisle!

Both Rev. Mark & Tracy Charmley conducted the beautiful ceremony.

A great way to leave the church…

Fantastic catering back at the farm, so well organised. A very relaxed atmosphere with plenty of time for people to mingle.

The dancing took place in a very atmospheric setting. The occasional passing cow took it all in their stride!

Congratulations Jess & James on a truly spectacular wedding day!
